(SPOILER) The WB's Plans for May Sweeps. Zap2it based their article on this press release. So episode descriptions and spoilers for the last three episodes and the WB assures us that "the saga of "Angel" draws to a thrilling conclusion".

Oh, what ingenuity and creativity! Superstar USA!

Wait, don't we already have "American Idol"??

Man, oh man, how I hope the WB crashes and burns on this.
Superstar USA is actually more like the old Gong Show. They're looking for the next William Hung, not the next Kelly Clarkson.
Why won't someone just confirm or dismiss the damn movie rumours so my brain can rest already!!!
I am so sick of reality shows - I have not watched one since they began with Survivor. Could someone please tell me what I am going to watch next season. The choices that I have so far don't look promising.
DVDs, magdelena, DVDs...
Magdelena: Wait until May, when the upfronts are announced. It's too hard to predict what will or will not get picked up (at this point, very few new shows have been).

Although Dark Shadows is pretty much a go, I probably won't be watching out of spite.

If you'd prefer not to watch the WB, David E. Kelley and Jason Katims are developing a new show for ABC called "The DeMarco Affairs," starring Lindsay Sloane and Selma Blair. I think this one looks pretty good.

The best resource for development news is The Futon Critic (the site that this article is on).
