2004 Young Playwrights Festival begins June 3rd and runs every weekend through June 27th at the Hudson Mainstage in Hollywood. Past "Buffy" and "Angel" participants include Sarah, Alyson, Eliza, James, and Amber.

There are no actors listed yet, but Drew Goddard as well as Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain are mentors on two of this year's plays.

I've checked out the festival for the past two years and it's well worth it. Last year, Amber not only directed one of the plays ("Women Are the Weaker Sex") but also co-starred in a musical ("Fortune Cookie Man").
