Sadly floating away from last of the Buffyverse. Modesto Bee article by Marijke Rowland - regarding the end of the show.

A nice article, saying what most of us think. But it's always good to see it said by someone else in the media.
Agreed, Buffy and Angel will get more popular over time, when reality is filling up things and gets boring, people will discover these genre programmes, and wish it didn't end.
SeanValen, my son, who is 20, was at first mortified that his step mother and I were not only watching Buffy, but were extremely vocal in our appreciation of it.

Now he is a total Buffyvangelist. He has told me he expects Buffy to be the most popular show of all time because people like him and my wife and me will ultimatley get people to watch it and that once they do, they too will be hooked.

I think he's a trifle overly optimistic, but maybe not!
Well Lizard, I have gotten some family members into it, and I always plan on rewatching it with someone again in the future, it's timeless stuff. Thank god for Joss.

I remember when I first the saw the Buffy film, I thought Buffy? Never heard of a name like that, it just caught my attention.
