SMG changes agencies. She is now represented by the William Morris Agency rather than ICM.

Reading Variety articles always makes me laugh.

Hopefully this means no more Scooby Doo.

Is she upset that ICM made her do a con?? Ok, just kidding....but I do wonder why she switched. I mean, I know William Morris is bigger than ICM.....and don't they make cigarettes too? ;)

Their writing style reminds me of Joey writing a letter for Monica and Chandler and using the Word thesaurus to pick out fancy sounding words where a simple word would be fine.

There was already no more Scooby Doo as she and Freddie didn't sign up for a third movie whereas Linda Cardinelli and Matthew Lillard did

The question "why?" comes to mind. I'm not fans of either Linda or Matthew but they could do better than SD3 - and SD1 and SD2, for that matter - IMO. Then again I'm just assuming it won't be a masterpiece. Maybe they'll suprise us.

This probably doesn't mean anything major. I mean her contract may have ran out with ICM and she wanted a change. Shopped around for the best deal and The William Morris Agency successfully courted her. Personally I don't know if this is a good move. With ICM she was one of the big players. With William Morris she's now a little fish in a very large pool with much bigger fish. Here's hoping she likes to swim.

Yup, but there is the possibility she THINKS she's a bigger fish than she is. Or, like many actors, she thinks being associated with William Morris will MAKE her a bigger fish. Who knows. I guess we'll see if it's a good move or not. Anyone know who Freddie's rep company is? Might have had something to do with it.

didnt see the 2nd, but am I the ONLY one here that dug the first Scooby Doo? did yall expect it to be some sorta Schindler's List with monsters!?!?! its a kids' movie(arguably)

I haven't seen the second one yet but liked the first one. It was lighthearted and fun. I'll most likely get Scooby 2 eventually on DVD.
