USA Today TV critic favours Emmy nominations for Angel. Robert Bianco tells The Hollywood Reporter that it would be "a salute to the brilliance of Joss Whedon".

I like him, he's always been in our corner.

Well, I couldn't agree more. Joss has been the most brilliant mind in television for many years running and has been ignored time and time again. I also agree with what the article said about The O.C. deserving some Emmy love. Adam Brody definitely deserves a nomination for creating one of the most memorable new characters in primetime.

But, oh well. I know The West Wing and The Sopranos will be the only things nominated, like usual.
Yeah, when it comes to his comments on Angel and Joss overall i rarely disagree with Robert Bianco.

Just hope that somebody who matters agrees as well!
The Hollywood establishment will never recognize Angel for anything. I'd love to be proved wrong, but I'm not holding my breath.
