Prophecy Girl Buffy - Sideshow Exclusive. New 12" Buffy from Sideshow Collectibles - Prophecy Girl

"The "Prophecy Girl" Buffy figure features over 30 points of articulation, for full range of motion. Buffy is prepared to do battle with the Master, looking beautiful and innocent in her dress and leather jacket. Buffy is equipped with her cross necklace, stake, crossbow, and Vampyre book, and a 12 inch 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' figure stand."

Check out that hair! This is just a prototype, hopefully the final product will look a little more natural. But...another Buffy!? Where's my Tara? Or Xander or Giles?

The hair? I'm more worried about the really high forehead.
Have you seen the non-exclusive version of the Prophecy Girl 12"? That one scares me. The head is massive, the hair is huge and as much as I like articulation, having all those joints exposed just looks terrible. The likeness is uncanny though and that just contributes to the overall creepiness. Buffy gives me the wiggins! They did a hell of a job on the Dopplegangland Willow though. I love it.

BTW, for anyone interested in the Gentlemen figures they're all on sale CHEAP! $10 a figure, or the set of 3 for $30. They're very nice figures and you can attach them to the base and make them 'float'.
She looks like Moe from the Three Stooges.
Yeah, she looks like... well, politeness prevents me from saying, really. Suffice it to say, she's a man, baby!
Um. I could dress up a Barbie and it would look better than any of the 12" figures I've seen. Also... that's... not even what her dress looked like.

But man, as terrible as this is, nothing beats the Faith one. Man, she looked 100 years old.
Haborym, if you are talking about the Gentlemen on that Sideshow Toys site, they've been sold out for a long time.

I already have Spike, Angel and the two other Buffy's and they look great in real life. I also have the three gentlemen and they also look great. The new Willow and this new Buffy are exclusive and very limited (I think 750 each). The exclusive Spike that has the extra set of hands has been selling for over $150 on Ebay. Not bad for a $40-45 investment. I wouldn't be surprised if the exclusive Buffy and Willow also go for big bucks just because there are so few of them. This doll is done by the same sculptor who did Spike, Angel and the first two Buffy's and as I said before they look great in real life so I wouldn't be surprised if this will look better too once it is officially made.
And yes, a Tara, Xander and Giles would be nice!!!
