Three Buffy Stars Without Makeup. Alyson Hannigan, Ashanti and Charisma Carpenter all feature in this website which has pics of celebrities without their makeup on.

Scariest. Site. Ever.
Aly still very pretty even without the make up.
lol.Ashanti has one eyebrow.Without makeup, the stars just look like average ppl.But there are some ppl in there that have natural beauty, such as Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Tyra Banks, and Angelina.
Mandy Moore also has natural beauty.Alyson still looks the same, the only thing is she has bushy eyebrows, and dark bushy hair. That pic was probably taken in the 90s.

Could they get some older pictures for those pre-makeup shots? I'm sure I didn't look all that sexalicious when I was 13 either.
Charisma Carpenter is on there too. She looks much younger (maybe it was taken a while ago?) in the non-makeup pic.
Sort of an odd site. I mean, it goes without saying that stars look less glamorous without makeup and lighting. But many (most?) of the ones here do have a lot of natural beauty as well. However, some of the makeup-less photos seem designed to show them not just without makeup, but in particularly unattractive poses, or expressions (or like Ashanti - pre-eyebrow plucking) or are just bad photos - grainy or out-of-focus.
i'm not really sure what the point of the site is. Is it supposed to be a revalation that makeup and good lighting makes someone look more glamorous?
But yes, Aly still looks very cute, as does Charisma. Sometimes it's refreshing to see a more natural beauty....
Not the most accurate site of all time. In the Mandy Moore pics I'm pretty sure she's in makeup for both. The Naomi Watts "without makeup" pic is actually a vidcap from the movie 21 Grams. Charisma's is from Baywatch, I'm pretty sure. The Charlize Theron pic is obviously from Monster. Hell, half the pics seem to be just from movies where they're not as made up as others.

Charisma was really from Baywatch?I never knew that.I hope they add more soon.We already know what Sarah Michelle Gellar looks like, without makeup. She wasn't wearing any, on the last episode of Buffy season 6.

The Charlize Theron pic is obviously from Monster.
lol. Yes, i hadn't looked at the Charlize Theron one. She probably has MORE makeup on in the "non-makeup" shot than any other person in the with-makeup one. Just that it's makeup (and prosthetics) designed to make her look older and uglier. Not an accurate site at all, I would say. Seems to be more like showing stars at their best and worst, though even that isn't really the case. Many are from movies and films, which means they do have at least some makeup on.
is it just me, but doesn't liv tyler look better "without" the makeup on? yum.
Firstly we know who played Alyson and Cordelia. Secondly your grammar and punctuation is somewhat wonky so I'll be tidying up your subject line. Thirdly, I will be deleting your top sites of the Buffyverse posts as it has been posted here before and since their info comes from people who use the Alexa toolbar it is unreliable.
The Charlize Theron one is a picture of her in the role for the movie Monster, in which she had makeup applied to make her look like that character (and I just saw that this was already stated).

As a woman who does not wear makeup (because I think I look fine without and because I never learned how to apply it and don't want to wear it wrong), I think this is a great idea for a website. Contrary to what commercials tell us, women don't have to wear makeup. You wouldn't believe some of the reactions I've had from men of older generations about my makeup-less habits.

However, this website does seem to pick some very unattractive photos and I'm wondering if this is on purpose.

We already know what Sarah Michelle Gellar looks like, without makeup. She wasn't wearing any, on the last episode of Buffy season 6.

I didn't know that but I can think of the mirror scene in Who Are You where she either isn't wearing make-up, or doesn't look like she is.
Alright...Half of those pictures still have makeup on. Obvious makeup too...

Whoever put the site together needs to rethink these things...
Okay, so what was the point of that site then???

The Charisma one was from the time she appeared in Baywatch, i'm pretty sure of that, and the one of Alyson is from an equally young age so it is hardly a fair comparison of make up/no make up shots is it!

Not to mention that, as has been said before, most still have make up on, just not in such a obvious way. The fact that Charisma's younger pic is from an episode of a television show proves that much. Surely a more appropriate description of many of these images would be "stars when they were younger" or something along those lines.
The picture of Holly Marie Combs is a screen cap from an episode of Charmed.
Charisma was nearly without makeup in the hospital scene in "Lovers' Walk", she looked great and I always liked her for playing it that way.
You wouldn't believe some of the reactions I've had from men of older generations about my makeup-less habits.

I would believe it. I wear very little makeup -- sunscreen under light foundation -- and it's very gratifying when I'm told I look younger than my age and pretty though not 'made up'. Occasionally it's fun to put on lipstick, but I can't imagine being a slave to a cosmetic ritual today the way I was in high school (when it used to take a hour to fix my hair and apply five different kinds of facial products before going out). Gods, what a nightmare. Life is complicated enough already!

Being under such constant scrutiny, I guess I can see why celebrities rely on makeup. Their looks are their living.
I am always creeped out by women who refer to their makeup as their "face".

No, you're always wearing your face. That's just some paint.
Okay. Kirsten Dunst's is from Crazy/Beautiful. And... that Mandy Moore one is ridiculous. She is wearing a ton of makeup. Rupaul... hate to break it to ya... still wearing makeup. Though not in the drag queen effect.

Ashanti... she's a man, baby! No seriously, she had some facial hair issues.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go put on my face. I've been walking around all day so far without it.
Ack! I'm creeped out.
Imagine if some1 went to the site and sent that pic of Ashanti, to an Ashanti fansite. She looks scary.I mean really.
I only really looked at the Alyson photo and maybe one or two others...she's not wearing makeup? I mean, yeah she's not cleaned up as much as in the other picture in terms of eyebrows and all, but I could swear she has some eye makeup on.

Regardless, it's a really cute picture. I don't wear makeup myself, so celebrities without makeup? Not a huge deal...
I got a virus warning when I went to that site. (trj/downloader.fk)
Actually, Wiseblood, when I was talking about reactions from men of older generations, I was talking about negative reactions.
I had never seen a scarier picture as I found when I clicked on Pamela Anderson's photo.

I used to have massive crushes on Britney Spears and Jamie Pressly... now not so much...

Charisma and Aly look wonderful without makeup. Ashanti... I don't know.

I second that comment on Mandy Moore being made-up for both pictures. Everything about her is fake.
I am reminded of the Talking Heads song: Blind... Blind! Blind blind blind blind blind. [whadu whadu wahhdit]

There's a site/concept I won't have to revisit. Interesting how cute AH is though.
Hmmm….where are the grainy, paparazzi-type shots of the MEN when they aren’t working and wearing foundation to even out skin tone, have a zit ot two, aren’t perfectly coiffed and didn’t shave ‘with the grain’?
I love my mascara and and lip gloss and a bit of eyeshadow (and SPF30 moisturizer), but I’d hate to *have* to wear them because every “imperfection” was being scrutinized.
