No Alyson for American Pie 4. Although the third sequel will be set in Band Camp, Cinescape reports that only one character from the previous films will cameo.

It didn't seem likely that Alyson would appear in American Pie 4, but there was always an oppertunity of a cameo and it least it was more work. Oh well, guess we'll have to wait for Willow: The Movie.

Good for Allyson. She has always said in interviews that she was afraid that she'd never shake that character's catch phrase. Turning down a sequel to a dying franchise is a good was to say "This one time, in band camp, someone else did the movie."
Wait! There was already a Willow movie! Do you mean to say that Darth Rosenberg might make a cameo as "the Queen-sorceress Bavmorda"?? That would be AWESOME!

Sorry, sorry. This how rumors get started. ;-)
I think this was posted earlier (see David Boreanaz and Jurassic Park IV).
You're right Blind Hawk Eyes, I didn't read the Jurassic Park link.

At least this has.......uh...........highlighted the specific point!
I'm in a generous mood cause my modem connection is finally working so I've changed to the Cinescape article where Dark Horizons got it from.
"Good for Allyson."

I second that. The first 2 American Pie movies were funny, but that last one was just an embarassment. No reason to return to that.
/me hasn't seen any of the American Pie movies and doesn't intend to start any time soon.
That makes two of us, ZachsMind. Ditto for the 'Scooby Doo' movies. I greatly admire Alyson's and Sarah's acting abilities and I fear that watching these movies would taint that. I am looking forward to 'Grudge' though. Reading the previews, that movie is much more worthier of Sarah's talents.
That makes three of us. Even a solo trans-Atlantic flight couldn't make me watch SD2 - although my husband and 2-yr old did watch it, when they made the same flight a fortnight later. husband reported that son found the movie 'confusing'...
I haven't watched any of them either so I guess that makes four of us. I just have no inclination to do so.
