Mark Lutz will be playing two roles this weekend: celebrity and star-struck fan. Mark Lutz will be appearing at Big Apple Comic Book, Art and Toy Convention in Manhattan today and tomorrow (November 20 and 21.)

He's apparently not only an attraction at this show, but also an enthusiastic fan as well. Was wondering to a colleague the other day about Groo and whatever happened to him...I like to think he (along with Buffy and all the other Slayers) showed up at the alley behind the Hyperion and took care of business...

And, a bit (well, a lot) off topic, the clue for 49-across in tomorrow's Washington Post crossword puzzle (it gets delivered today) is "Buffy's Beau" and, yes, the answer is "Angel."
