It's going to be a Fantastic 2005! for Fantasy and Sci-Fi Fans. And guess which movie written and directed by Joss Whedon, based on the failed FOX TV Series named "Firefly" starring Nathan Fillion based on a spaceship 500 years in the future is one of the reasons why. Um........Farscape?

Not Sure whether reg. is req.

Hee! Great description line. :D No reg. required for me.
Still don't think Marvin looks right. And read in the paper today that Stephen Fry has got the job of The Guide.

What? This isn't Adamsesque.com? Sorry, my bad....
This is the first time I've seen Marvin and I don't think he looks right either. He looks like he has storm trooper armor on.

Unfortunately, previous let downs have taught me to not set my expectations too high with these types of things. H2G2 has excellent source material, but the adaptation to film might require "fixing" it to fit a different (wider?) audience.

Now, with Serenity my expectations are wild and untamed, but I have the feeling that they will be met and hopefully surpassed.
Well, I don't think we need to worry about H2G2 too much. Adams wrote it before he passed away, so it should be as faithful as say, the book was to the radio series.
Whats with the "um... Farscape?" thing? There was no scaping in that aarticle at all.

That said, this year looks like it will be a pretty decent year for sci-fi/fantasy fans.
I believe the "um...Farscape" thing was Apocalypse joking in response to the question "And guess which movie written and directed by Joss Whedon, based on the failed FOX TV Series named "Firefly" starring Nathan Fillion based on a spaceship 500 years in the future"
Yep, your right Paul_Rocks! :)
