More from Jeff Mariotte about Angel: The Curse. He tells that he approached Joss Whedon with two post-series storylines.

There's also an opportunity to win an Angel season 5 DVD below this news item.

I bet the other story Mariotte wanted to do is the next mini-series.
Familiar faces include Willow (Allyson Hannigan) and Harmony (Mercedes McNab), make their return in the climatic last season

Again with the Willow references???
(This is from the story about Angel 5 which was under the thread topic)

Do you think she may have appeared in some of the deleted scenes???
Or as a surprise from Joss?

Anyways, I'm going away for 3 weeks, so see you all when I get back.

hmmmmm...wonder why Joss didn't go with the ending that was closley related to the series finale? Maybe because he wants to write that himself for a later time or could be he likes the ending the way it was and doesnt want anyone to touch it? Gets one thinking.
I'm looking forward to it
That's interesting - It just seems as if it was felt that the Angel in Romania storyline would launch the series better for people less familiar with the character. Wonder what the other storyline was like !

Wait, I don't remember Willow in season 5...did I miss something? Or did they mean, Charisma Carpenter's Cordelia Chase and get their names mixed up? Coz that's a monster sized error...
So, now he says Joss is involved with his idea.
