MSN ranks the 7 most romantic TV couples. And of course Buffy and Angel make that list.

I hated like MSN had described their lovestory... Am I the only one?
I have to agree, except I would have put Buffy and Angel at the top of the list. I'm a middle aged woman, but Buffy and Angel can reduce me to cream puffdom.
Seems like a accurate description of their relationship to me.
Barnabas and Josette? WOW! Can't believe they got props. That is so cool. His love for her spanned centuries. She was kind of a flake, though, always thought he should be with Angelique! (How many of us ran home from school just to hide behind the recliner and watch?)

Oh well, guess our favorite vampires tend to love -er- challenging - women. Look at Spike and Dru. Again with the centuries.

And yay to the Buffy/Angel nod. As much as I like Spike, this pairing never gets old for me.

When I fell in love with Buffy, I fell in love with Angel. Most likely because I caught on around season two or three. And like Buffy, Angel's my love and Spike, well, obvious lust. Forget the battleships, i love all three.
B/A had me from the start. From the very first time they met, I was caught up in it. It's probably my fave tv couple of all time, so glad to see it at number 2.
I am a Spuffy lover, and I prefer Angelique, never liked Ross/Rachel. This is definitely not the list for me... hee hee.
B/A drew me in too and kept me watching even when they were apart.

I enjoyed both relationships. Buffy and Spike in season seven were starting to fall in love but we never got a chance to really see it become complete. If there had been a season eight I'm sure that is where they were heading. But Buffy and Angel did have a beautiful and heartbreaking love story. I still get so emotional when I see some of their scenes together and I always completely lose it when Buffy has to kill Angel.
Me too bl, and agreed on the season 8 comment.

Becoming II is the be-all, end-all of all, um, enders. Gahh. You know what I mean!
Yup, I know exactly what you mean! Time to now go and watch that episode (well, maybe tomorrow - it's late here!)
I used to be a big fan of B/A (circa season 2), but it got too angsty and mushy for me.

So, no. Not too thrilled to see that pairing in the top 7, but glad the series got the exposure. :)
