I was TRYING to remain spoiler-free, but now I know. Stupid Gabe...

I'm confused as to why this is actually marked as a spoiler...you know...because it's not.

OK, so is it or is not a spoiler?

I have read the first two drawings, but since I have seen that one of the character is about to spoil, I have stopped before the third drawing...

PS: totally out of subject, but I have seen that some of you manage to edit their posts (to correct typos and such). I have found no link or button that allows this; editing a post requires specific rights?

I imagine the guys will expand on the trip to the screening later on today. Tycho always writes a news post where he discusses goings on, and if he has something interesting to say Gabe normally chips in too.

They both loved the series. Here's hoping they dug on the film too.

In fact, Tycho is/was also a Buffy fan. He is, more or less, directly responsible for getting me into the series. Prior to his endorsement of it, I never would've even guessed that it was more than the pre-teen angst-fest that most people consider it to be.

Tycho has his newspost up now. Unfortunately he isn't going to give us a review of the film, because he has to wait until September with the rest of us poor souls who couldn't get tickets. He does have a pretty funny threat against anyone giving him spoilers, though. Language may be NSFW

Le Comité, I too haven't been able to edit my posts. When I try, I get an error message. For some reason I assume this has something to do with the fact that my screen name has an apostrophe in it. I may end up e-mailing a mod someday for guidance.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to recall being unable to edit posts for the 1st week or so after I became a memeber. Maybe the same amount of time that you can't post stories for? That's probably why Le Comité is unable to do so.

Heh, I used to love this comic when there'd be one or two printed in Official Playstation Magazine. Maybe they still print it, but I don't buy it. Never got into the web site. I could never figure out what the two guys' relationship was...were they friends? Room mates? Brothers? For a while I thought they might be more and it was just kinda unspoken, especially after the odd "cute" strip, but just now I read a whole buncha strips and...well, not that any of it's homophobic, it's actually pretty funny when they joke in this context, but there's a lot of that kind of "dude I'm not gay, don't say/do that in public!" humor.

Chocolate River, heh.

Penny Arcade is a mixed bag. Usually you have to read the news to get the joke, but the news and comic often work together to create hilarity in some inexplicable way.

Kris, in the strip I think they are supposed to be friends/roommates. Both of their wives are mentioned at some point or another in the strip.

Tycho and Gabe are good people, in the last 2 years they have collected half a million dollars in donations for childrens hospitals for Christmas. Trying to give video gamers a better reputation, than mindless zombies waiting to snap and act out some violence in the real world, that they saw in a game.
