Angel and Buffy DVDs on offer at DVD.co.uk. I'm not sure how long this promotion has been running but it appeared in DVD.co.uk's newsletter I received today. Season sets (Buffy S1-6, Angel S1-3) in the newer packaging are on sale at just under 18 pounds.

Thanks for the link. It says "Free UK shipping". Does that mean they won't ship the box sets to other countries in Europe? (I'm from Norway, and always use www.play.com for my Internet shopping. Too bad *their* prices are still too high.)

Even with shipping, £18 for "Angel" box sets is the best deal I've seen yet. The only question is whether to wait for any complete series box set.

According to the site they ship to:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.

I can't find how much shipping to Europe costs, but I can't imagine it would be that high.

The only reason to wait for a complete series box, in my opinion, would be the inclusion of extra features - I can't imagine it being cheaper. I don't think the Buffy one had anything extra.

I have an Angel S2 UK DVD boxset to give away for free if you pay for the shipping (from Germany). It was supposed to be the prize for a quiz on my website but nobody wanted it. The first person who mails me can have it.

It's the old packaging btw.

wow, I'm missing the S2 set elo! I only have the old VHS copies and 1-2 of the tapes dont even work any more :-(

Do we have any idea whether there will actually be a complete series box set or when that may come out? I'm too in a bit of a quandry as to whether to wait. I know there probably won't be any extras, but I do like to see everything neatly displayed in one box!

Great price, and I prefer this package instead of the "deluxe" expensive digipacks, much more delicates.

I hope someday FOX Spain will do the same with our editions.
