Tim, if anyone was/is the apprentice to Joss. He learned from the master on everything.

It would have been so intresting if the Faith show had gotten off the ground, since he was scheduled to run it. Oh well.

I can not wait to see this show. Finally! Something besides bad reality for the summer.

Really looking forward to this. I've had a reminder pop up on my computer for the past few days to Season Pass it on TiVo. The downloads finally made it available, and can I just say a big "ugh" to the blurb for the first episode?

"When a profiler for the FBI is murdered by a serial killer they have been tracking, rookie FBI agent Rebecca Locke is recruited to find the killer despite her inexperience."

It only sounds like every other cop drama on TV. Fingers crossed they can breathe some more life into these for future eps. In the meantime, I shall give the warding evil eye to FOX.

the trailer is defidently spookier than I thought. I originally heard this show was about an undercover cop posing as a high school student...I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that this show can take off and stay in the air. Of course Tim David and Jane have all of my faith, its just..FOX...eww

It sounds like it's more about the characters than the crimes they investigate. It looks really dark. I'm intrigued. Bring on June 8th. I can't wait.

Simon, I think it's sort of telling that you spelled Minear's name correctly, and yet, FOX cannot.

It's funny in a pathetic sort of way.

Tim wrote some gorgeous television before he met Joss. I think they learned a lot from each other, "apprentice" is pushing the envelope. Truly.

Say anyone, has there been a trailer? I don't watch the teebee in real time so I never saw a trailer pitch.

Embarassingly, I'm still on a dialup at home, my budget is just so tight when given the choice between getting my hair done and high speed connection, well, I gotta go with getting pampered.

So the flash is just terrible for me. Just because one CAN design well in flash, doesn't mean one should. And if you must, offer a non-flash frontpage.

Unless I'm being silly and dialups have gone the way of the rotary phone.

Allyson, I'm on dialup too, but I didn't notice how long it took to load because I was doing other things while it loaded. It does suck to be behind the times.

Allyson, I'm on broadband here, and I don't like flash intro pages. Flash can be used effectively, but it's usually not.

Telltale, there is, but I'm afeared of posting it both for the person who has it, and out of respect for Caroline et al.

The FOX, she is a shifty beast with sharp C&Ds for teeth.

Caleb, I've seen some really pretty effects with flash. It's sort of like glitter. In small, fine doses, it's pretty and magical. Too much and it's a huge freakin' mess tracked all over the rug and no matter how many times you vacuum, it's still there, mocking you.

Um. I had a bad experience with a Lush bath bomb recently, hence the analogy.

I'm excited! His work on Wonderfalls was phenomenal, and I love seeing familiar faces Katie Finneran (Sharon from Wonderfalls), and of course our beloved Adam Baldwin. :) I wish we could have seen what he would have done with a Faith series, but this sounds fantabulously interesting and creepy-quirky.

Oh, and I joined the forum + mailing list, according to one of the threads, Amber Benson will be making a guest appearance(!). I hope this is information is correct, she is so talented and I miss seeing her on-screen.

Hm, did anyone read the entry for Adam on this site? Almost doesn't sound like Fox. All this focus on Firefly and Serenity, while ID4 and FMJ are just a side note. Now if only they could decide if it's Minnear or Minear ,-)

I know that Tim will kick ass and take names and if he is bragging about the cast, I'm sure I will be impressed as well. I know Katie and Adam will floor me :) Luckily for Tim's poor oft-stomped-on heart, Fox is starting them at a time of year/week/night that will allow them time to show what they've got. My best to all involved, can't wait to taste the souffle :)

I can't wait to see this!!! He's great, and it sounds pretty cool.
FalenAnjil, for summer viewing, check out Rescue Me (like tv on steroids) on F/X. It starts its second season next month. Nip/Tuck (addictive like crack) was a summer show, but the third season starts in September this year. Not Whedon, but both have very good writing, and that's what we like. F/X will show reruns of both this summer, I'm sure.
