I really want to see that movie. Probably won't be good for my ego (I doubt I'll be able to look in a mirror for a few weeks afterward..) but I'll be damned if I'm going to miss seeing Brad & Angelina go all Spike & Buffy on a cinema-size screen...

I also think this looks like a fun movie and am more intrigued now by the "Buffy & Spike" comparison. I think they are both extremely beautiful people. I think he is someone who has gotten hotter as he got older, and you know, he played a vampire once in some little movie so he can't be too bad! And have to agree with FalenAnjil, him as a blonde doesn't do it for me. Maybe it's for another role but I like his normal color much better!

This will probably end up on my Netflix list, but I'm more intrigued that Buffy and Spike are used as cultural icons with the implication that everyone will recognized them, as well known as Batman and Catwoman and Brad and Angelina.

Yes, BP deffinatly got better looking as he got older. And facial does not hurt the guy.

There is always something about women who are so sure of themselves sexually. Society likes to call them sluts, but in reality they are at a comfort level with themselves inside and out, that few of us ever achieve. Of course it does not hurt to look like that or have those lips.

Well, I don't have pictures of them hanging on my wall or anything, but I like Brad and Angelina. Skipping over that whole Troy disaster that is. Though his thighs looked damn good.

I've been casually looking forward to this movie, but it's not a Must See in Theater thing.

Honestly, I'm far more likely to swoon over Angelina than Brad. The gossip columnist on Eonline asks celebrities who their same-sex dream person is, and the women said Angelina so often, that he no longer allows that as an answer. (The things I read when I'm having trouble focusing at work. Oh well.) Cliche, I know, but that woman is stunning.

I don't think saying you found Spike and Buffy violent and twisted is shipper thing. It is personal preference on what you saw and liked on the show.You don't have to be a shipper to not like that sort of stuff. Some didn't like smashed or the implications that came from beating and then sleeping with each other. And since this article about the movie says these things in its comparison, she is just saying she does not like that kind of stuff. I agree. I will watch becasue I love AJ, but I am not big on twisted, hate filled and violent.

Was that in Kalifornia, or were there other roles with him lookin shaggy? I thought Kalifornia was one of his best roles earlier on in his career. Showed he wasn't just a face. The whole cast of that film was great actually, with Juliette Lewis, David Duchovny, and Michelle Forbes.

It could end up being a total mess, but I think Mr. and Mrs. Smith, at the very least, looks like genuine blockbuster fun.

I HATE spke and Buffy. It ruined the show for me so I'm not going to see anything that compares.
And I'm watching a clip now on tv. It goes really slow. They dwell on the house blowing up way longer than necessary. You don't need to look at fire for 30 seconds to realize it's bright. Part of what made Whedon shows great is how fast things moved.

I think this movie will be fun, if you go into just to see a fun movie, looking for anything else will kill the movie.

I think both of these actors are two of the hottest stars to date. But, I have to admit, this movie looks absolutely horrible. I am a little more interested now that their chemistry is compared to Buffy and Spike's. I'll wait and see how many tomatoes it gets, then I'll decide if I want to watch it. I'm hoping this isn't another True Lies...I'm tired of movie's plots being recycled.

I cant put my finger on why I think that, but there is just something about her, which totally oozes sex appeal. I just think she is a total goddess! I specifically enjoy reading the critics that mention how ugly they feel when they leave the cinema, even by Hollywood standards there are some truly aweinspiring genetics on display in this film.

Really enjoyed 'Prizzis Honour' with Jack N. as a somewhat dimwitted Mafia hitman, the ads for this film makes me want to rewatch.

I think I like both AJ and BP, but I've just realised that I've actually seen very few films with either actor in them. I've seen one film with AJ, and only about 3 or 4 with BP. I think I'm so used to seeing pictures of them both on magazine covers etc that I've convinced myself I've seen more. Brad's acting reminds me a lot of Keanu Reeves I have to say. Both pretty, but don't really rate their acting chops much. As for AJ, she's one of those women that I don't really think is beautiful as such, but she's definitely sexy. If that makes sense. I'll maybe give this film a go, and the Buffy/Spike comparison has made me a little bit more curious.

I think Brad is a better actor than Keanu. Seven, Fight Club, and 12 monkeys are my basis for that. While I can't really think of anything Keanu has done that made me think "wow". Kicking ass in Matrix doesn't count.

Somehow I just don't think Brad and Angelina or anyone else will ever come close to THAT...at least not for me. However I am intrigued now that this onscreen relationship and chemistry is being compared to Spike and Buffy's 'iconic' one. If Brad and Angelina have as much 'sizzle ' as James and Sarah had together I may have to check this flick out.....

Yeah, not really a movie that has any real sunstance. Anything that is about trying to kill each other and then sleeping with each other is a deffiant pass. Even the reviewer here says it is twisted and violent. Honestly any couple that needs that kind of twisted sickness to make passion is not anything that can ever be considered positve. I will stick to more positve emotions and worthwhile movies. Even if I do like Her.

Well, I sorta did know that, which is why I added the "Olive wasn't your source material?" line. Just prefer to hear the line said in the penguin voice, rather than Bentsen's. I'm odd like that.

Brad Pitt is a pretty decent actor. I think he made his initial mark playing crazies, but hey, he did it well. Who can't love Floyd in True Romance? Ok, it was a very small part. I'd think about the script he has to work with before judging his acting.
The Spike/Buffy comparison makes me want to watch it, if I can get past my Jennifer Anniston sorrow.
