(SPOILER) 'Instinct' delves into Wraith biology - Jewel Staite's Atlantis role. More info on Jewel's role on Stargate Atlantis. Definite spoilers for the plot of the episode. Also has a picture of her in character.

What the hell is that!? That is so freakin' scary. Seriously. Anyway, I was watching a few episodes of Wonderfalls again today and seeing Jewel's character, Heidi, made me all smiley. I always loved that character.. damn, sad thoughts about the show now. :(

She was cool on Wonderfalls. "Whatever you do, don't get down on your knees and beg because it seriously won't help your situation." I love it when that bartender guy (Can't remember his name) says that to her. I just burst out laughing after that line.
