I know it's not a "big deal" but I always am impressed when folks in the public eye take the time to thank their fans; Sarah usually responds on her site, James and Jewel constantly interact on the net with folks...just more encouragement to support them imo! Summer has done a great job on Firefly and her Angel episode, I look forward to seeing her in Serenity. With Joss obviously impressed with her, I suspect this is but the beginning!
