Mort, a sense of humor is a strange thing. I agree with your take on Conan (I'm pretty much as likely to laugh watching Arnold playing Conan the Barbarian), but my daughter thinks CO is a scream. I wonder how many peolple who don't like Joss' stuff just don't get the brilliant humor?

I was thinking Rove would be a good place to see an interview with Joss! Yay we get Rove in NZ on the Friday after it plays in Australia. Mostly I don't watch 'comedy' talk shows, and dont find them particularly funny, but I actually quite like Rove (even for an Austrailan! ;) This should be quite good 'mainstream' publicity for Serenity in both Aus and NZ.

jaynelovesvera: I mostly can't watch anything billed as a 'comedy', and prefer my humour mixed in and more subtle a la Joss.

I remember seeing an interview with Michael Stipe on Rove that had been put on REM's website. It was really entertaining. Hopefully someone will be able to put Joss's interview up.

Yea, it's a bit like that isn't it First Weevil. Altho, this is most likely going to be the best area for main stream 15-35 yr olds publicity in Oz. Fingers crossed that Rove doesn't speak completely over him like when he had Tony Head and James Masters on.

Ha, I love Conan. That's awesome that Joss (a writer, not an actor) is actually making a talk show appearance, even though it's...not in my country.

I guess the odds of a U.S. appearance anywhere are unlikely?

I'm a big Conan fan. Since Unversal & NBC are in the same corporate "family" it's the most likely talk show for Joss or any BDHs to appear on here. I'd love to see them on Letterman though, as I could probably get tickets to that.
