Can you use an obscure song that maybe not everyone has heard? Because there's one singer I think of when I think of Firefly in song, and she's in an indie rock band.

Here's my attempt at a filk song. I apologize to Joss for ruining his song "Rest in Peace." I became a firefly flanatic after the show came out on dvd. These thoughts were not floating through my mind when I purchased these dvds...or perhaps in my sub-concious they were....I guess this explains that Joss truly creates shows that people have to see and not simply would like to see.

Browncoats cried
so many years ago
when Fox execs were evil
and killed their favorite show
