World's Worst Angel Trailer. Fox UK have really scraped the bottom of the barrel with this half hearted, inaccurate trailer for the Angel: The Vampire Anthology DVDs (click on Broadband Show and wait till the 'Coming Soon' part has loaded). DVD Answers has reviews for three out of the four DVDs released.

God bless Fox UK. They're the people who listed one of the Angel Season 5 episodes on the box as being directed by somebody I've never heard of before (it was actually David Boreanaz's episode, but they picked a completely random name to credit it as). Oh, and they named an episode "A Whole in the World" - which even appeared on the actual video.
Let's not forget that they mentioned Alyson Hannigan as a guest star for Angel season 5 DVD.
The snappiest thing they could come up with was "It's vampire time"?

Good grief, I could do f@#king better and I am known for my utter lack of creativity or flair! Mind you, given gossi's and Simon's comments above, I am amazed they didn't come up with "It's hammer time"!
That's the next trailer, catalyst2...
Ohh.. the Angel trailer that appears on the Serenity DVD (attached to the latest Empire magazine) is spectacular... really epic... someone should capture that and put it online for all to see - it's amazingly well done
It's--fire the ad exec who came up with that horrible ad---time.
One thing that gets me is why include clips of Spike from Angel season 5 when none of the episodes on those DVDs are actually from that season. Shoddy to say the least.
Its Vampire Time? Yeh right.
Ah this is nothing compared to the criticism Fox USA will be getting very soon.
Why, what have they done?
La La La La La

It's like shooting ducks in a barrel. Digital download only, USA credit card only, something called Fox points and I think the web page can only be viewed properly in IE. It's not really worth posting to the front page as it's coming soon. But once the soundtrack is online, expect much bitching.
The R2 boxset of Firefly lists "Joss Wheldon" as the writer of Our Mrs. Reynolds.

Generally, most of the promotion I've seen for Buffy and Angel has been very cheesy. They should let the beauty and brilliance show for itself, with minimum voice overs and such. But they usually don't, and instead make it look like the Buffy movie or something.
Argh! F-X!!!
Now just take that dash out, and replace it with a U.
But once the soundtrack is online, expect much bitching.

Why wait for the rush, Simon? I can't even get the link you snuck in there to load for an early look-see; it doesn't bode well. Never fear, however -- based on the mere outline of sins you've provided, I can rant quite effectively ;)

Imagine wanting an actual CD instead of downloadable tracks! And having the nerve to connect to the site with anything other than an IE-enabled computer. *snort* Guess this kind of 'thinking' won't hurt Fox's bottom line, though, since I'm sure I must be the only fan out there in my circumstances who feels this way.
It's vampire time?

Oh lordy. That was just terrible.
Just spread the word to Firefly fans in as many places as you can to not buy the downloadable soundtrack. Then start a e-mail and/or postcard/letter writing campaign to get them to put out a proper CD. They'll get the message loud and clear once they learn there's a huge market for their product and all they need to do to receive guaranteed cash is change the format.

And is anyone really surprised? Of course they're gonna try to profit off of Joss and Universal's efforts.
Well, fans *have* been pushing for a soundtrack for some time now. So that part of it is good news. But the site is terrible to get around. Are these soundtracks for phones only? They keep asking me what kind of phone I have!
Nope, I'm not impressed.
Wiseblood - nice sarcastic font.
Yeah, I want a CD, not downloads. Does anyone know how expensive it actually is to produce proper CDs? Like would it really be that much more expensive for Fox?
