(SPOILER) UPN reveal details on November episodes of Veronica Mars featuring Joss, Aly and Charisma. And the plot thickens.

Guest stars on VERONICA MARS include "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel" creator Joss Whedon in his acting debut, Charisma Carpenter ("Angel"), Steve Gutenberg ("Three Men and a Baby") and the return of Harry Hamlin ("L.A. Law") and Allyson Hannigan ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "How I Met Your Mother").

Wednesday, Nov. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) VERONICA MARS -- Veronica comes to the aid of Abel Koontz, the man originally convicted of
Lilly Kane's murder, who is now looking for his missing daughter. One of the girls from TOP MODEL makes a guest appearance as does Joss Whedon, and Harry Hamlin returns as Aaron Echolls.

Wednesday, Nov. 30 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) VERONICA MARS -- Veronica stumbles upon her mother's high school records and finds an intriguing, troubling report that leads Veronica to investigate the
past. Alyson Hannigan returns as Trina Echolls and Charisma Carpenter guest star.

This show is fantastic. I wish I had watched season 1, but this season is great. Charisma is awsome, can't wait for more Aly and of course, Joss!!!!!

Excellent! I was hoping we would see more of Aly on VM.

In mind's eye, I see Alyson and Charisma in a huge cat fight over a single rental car while Joss, our disgruntled clerk, cheers them on. Quick, someone either call Rob Thomas or shoot me. I can't stand the suspense ;)

It's not quite Jossverse (nothing can really touch that for me), but it really is entertaining and good. Go Joss! And go me, for finding the VM-goodness. If anything, this stunt casting has dragged in one viewer: his guest appearance kick-started me into checking out this season (and just Netflixed the first season DVDs) when I had been dithering in the face of so many recommendations.

What kind of spoilers are in the invisi-text? I don't want to know big shocking plot twists, but I don't mind vague episode plot descriptions...unless they spoil for big shocking plot twists.

Ooh, they sound intriguing! I can't wait for Joss, Alyson, and Harry Hamlin.

This is probably not the appropriate place to mention that I had a dream about Aaron Echolls and lets just say that if you thought [spoilers for season 1 finale] seeing Aaron Echolls screwing Lilly on the tape was icky, that had nothing on my dream. Blech. I like Aaron Echolls because he's such a great bastard, but I don't like him that much!

Madhatter, are you confused about drewfidelic's comment? It's a Simpson's reference. The Stonecutter's song. "who holds back the electric car? Who makes Steve Guttenberg, a star? We do! We do!" I'd put all the lyrics, but, well, probably not the place. And, I'm sure you can google them.
