Neverwinter Nights Firefly mod converts the D&D computer game to the 'Verse.

Heh, that sounds pretty cool. Too bad I don't have NWN. I did play through the Baldur's Gates, but my system was too slow to play NWN when it came out, so I never got round to it.
Ah, now I really want to play NWN. Too bad I sold it. I'll have to see if I can get one second-hand. Anyone tried this yet?
Wow... I just gotta get NWN now just to see how that mod looks... I don't even like NWN...
OMJ!

I opened this subject, and the random sentence which appeared on it (on the top right corner) was "I'm a leaf in the wind. Watch me soar". That is sooo cool, all the more if you consider that this is one of my favorite sentence of the BDM (because of all it means :) ).

(Except, I must admit, that the sentence is not exactly right: it is "Watch how I soar", not "Watch me soar". :P )
This is actually fairly old news. This mod has been around forever, and I think has even been mentioned here once or twice. The last time it was updated was 5/8/05 so development on Nightfire (the underlying mod) has probably stagnated. It was decent last time I checked it out, but like any good RPG it required a fairly large amount of imagination to make it work. There used to be regular campaigns being run with this mod.
My wife and I play NWN all the time; it's a great game if you like RPGs at all. Of course in addition to being a Buffy/Angel/Firefly nut, I am also a 28-year vet of playing D&D! But as far as RPG computer games go; NWN is the best.

I always thought it was cool that Andrew was another geek gamer like me.

I may try this out pretty soon, after we finish the Hordes of the Underdark expansion.
To anyone that doesn't have NWN, I think they are releasing it and the expansions in one package called Neverwinter Nights Diamond sometime next month for 29.95.
