Loni Peristere (Firefly/Serenity special effects) will be signing DVDs from 4 to 6 tomorrow, 12/20/05, at the Venice Blvd Hollywood Video.

If you're in the area, go. I always liked Loni in vague terms just for what he and his people did with the CGI in Firefly. Then I got to meet him in person at the L.A. premiere after-party and Uni Studios Fan Fest autograph session. He's very warm and friendly (and seemed quite happy that fans got to go to the premiere). He introduced me to his family at the after-party, and two days later at Fan Fest he remembered my name. A class act.

Loni's a guy. A very manly man. Again, if you are in the area, go (it's a two hour signing session, and I imagine 2 people turning up due to the lack of cast members..)
