Fox TV stations file breach of contract lawsuit against UPN. One source says "There's been a lot of buzz about UPN going away, the network is losing money".

"Media sources said the lawsuit is an outgrowth of a long-running, complicated feud between the two sides over back fees allegedly owed to the Fox stations."
