It's cool and all, but when you look at the lists, particularly the film nominees, it seems like anything and everything that could be classified as Sci-Fi/Fantasy got nominated. George Lucas for Best Director? Erk.

Still, here's hoping the ME camp garners its share of wins, particularly Nathan Fillion, since this might be one of his only chances to get some formal recognition for the outstanding work he did on Firefly.
I would have liked to have seen Nick Brendon get some recognition.
It would be nice if ASH got some recognition for 7 years of solid, solid, acting - and no doubt teaching the kids a bit about it too.
Agreed times two. One of my major pet peeves is that when it comes to BTVS' male actors, all anyone in the press and much of fandom talks about is Marsters, Marsters, Marsters. And he's great and all, but I think ASH and NB are just as good.
