Sideshow Premium Format Buffy Pictures! Sideshow's first statue for their brand new Buffy line. She's probably about 18-20" tall! Scroll down for photos.

Wow! I love the face, the pose and the outfit. Not that big on the flipped out hair but nevertheless she looks stunning. And that cleavage - HOLY COW! This will probably sell for either $250 and $275 - depending on whether or not they have an "exclusive" version as well. Now, from my experience, having the entire 12" Buffy line, these look even better in real life. Hard to capture something in a photo. Can't wait to see Sideshow's official booth and website pictures.

I'm confused. Didn't you post this same URL two days ago?
Um, no. I posted a slight teaser photo that had a small head shot of the figure. This has shots of the full figure and several of them. But yes, these are from the same website but not the same exact link. These aren't the same photos at all. Did you even look at either link?

Sideshow often releases a slight teaser photo of their stuff before full photos are out and this is from someone who was at the Toyfair.

Wow...hello boobs!
As another collector of the 12" Sideshow Buffy figures, it's great to see they've finally come out with the premium format. Better make some room on the credit card!
No kidding about the boobs! There were people on a couple of the collectors sites who aren't even fans of BtVS who want this figure!

kmb99, I'm thrilled that the Buffy products have been selling so well for Sideshow that they've not only expanded with adding the new Angel line but now these Premium Format figures. I wish I could afford these but they are too pricey for me.

And the new Angel figure is selling so quick that they currently only have about 40 left of the exclusives.

What I noticed (aside from the hair, what's UP with that?), was that they gave her an early seasons body and outfit, and a later seasons head. Small complaint, but overall I think it looks pretty amazing! No ugly exposed joints (yay), and the face sculpt is very detailed, a great likeness.
The only thing I can think of Willowy in regards to the face is that they are either working from scans of SMG and those were taken when she was older and/or that they have to get SMGs approval as well and this is what she agreed to. This outfit and look are from a promo picture too and not exactly episode specific but it does capture early season Buffy in a nice way. The hair could have been better though, I don't really like that flipped up bit at the end. I love the pose and the short skirt and boots.
Does anyone know if this is even the final product? A lot of Sideshow's stuff are just the prototypes when the first pictures come out.
Isn't this based on the promo photos for season one? The ones with Sarah on the dark stone, lying down, holding the stake out? Or the one where she's hugging the wall, with the stake in front of her? I think that's why they have the hair all flipped back, with the black dress, and the stake.
Firefly Flanatic, thank you so much for bringing this action figure to our attention. It's wonderful.
Adam_tvs, if you check the other pages of the link I provided there are some of those promo photos with her wearing that dress. It does look like they are definitely based on that.

And glad to do it Madhatter - I get such a kick out of these myself! Wish I had the money for this!

Kmb99, I may be wrong, but I think this is the final product. We should find out more monday when it goes up for pre-order. It will usually say if it is a prototype or not on the pre-order page.
