Win a double guest pass to the advance screening of David Boreanaz's 'These Girls' in Vancouver. Contest deadline is March 1st and the screening is March 8th at Tinseltown.

Amended to make clear where screening is taking place.

Not the most challenging of questions really, is it?
Some friends invited me to go on a roadtrip to see this film. I'm seriously tempted to go. Now then, guess I'd best do some deep research to find the answer to that triva question.
Dude, looking, I totally agree.

I have no idea what that answer might be. Wasn't it, um...KolShaq: The Dawn Hunter or something? Angelic?

Gonna have do some research for this'un.
It's a fun movie, so worth trying to win a ticket for.
A spin off of a cult tv show. um, Xena?
Either that or The Jeffersons.

I'm thinkin'.

(And, yeah, All in the Family turned cult. Where the hell have you been?)
Now if airfare from Toronto to Vancouver was part of the prize, I'd be all over this.

Missed These Girls at the Toronto FilmFest last September (where it may've been the world premiere?), really wanted to see it. I don't think the reason was that tickets were sold out, just that the two days it played I had to work. *grumble* Maybe it'll get a theatrical release.
If anyone is interested, the director of 'These Girls' blogs about the movie and its subsequent release.
Yeah, just checked out the blog. It's coming out in English-speaking Canada March 10th, and French-speaking Canada March 3rd. For the U.S. it'll be direct-to-DVD, a May release.

Very happy to read that. Won't have to wait as long as I thought I might for it. I'm sure it'll play in Toronto, somewhere, even if only in one theatre (the Carlton or Cumberland or something).

It'll be good to see David Boreanaz and Caroline Dhavernas again, haven't seen either of them in anything since Angel and Wonderfalls.
I received this info from the film mailing list about distribution in Canada

Because of heavy demand for the film, These Girls will open March 24 in English Canada, instead of March 10. The good news is that These Girls will be shown on a larger number of screens than originally planned.

Because we know it's hard to wait, we suggest that you enter the contest to win tickets to one of the premieres.

And if you're going to be in Quebec during break week, you'll be happy to know that the movie will be showing in both the original English and in French starting March 3!

Here's the list of premieres:

Toronto
Wednesday, March 8 @ 7 pm - Paramount #10
Check the Toronto Star for details

Vancouver
Wednesday, March 8 @ 7 pm - Tinseltown #8
Check the Georgia Straight for details

Edmonton
Thursday, March 9 @ 7pm - Silvercity West Edmonton Mall #8
Check See Magazine for details

Calgary
Wednesday, March 8 @ 7 pm - Empire Studio 10 Macleod Trail Cinemas #6
Check the FFWD for details

Montreal (French version)

Quebec City (French version)

I entered the contest, but I had to rack my brain for the answer - nearly went to the link where they said the answer was ;-) Not exactly what I'd call a skill-testing question - and the Georgia Straight is usually a smart paper!

The "skill testing question" is only to fulfill a legal requirement for contests - I don't think it's supposed to be rocket science!
