(SPOILER) Giles: The Movie There are a couple of Buffy tidbits.. but the Giles thing is the most interesting.

"Head told the Daily Post that, "instead of getting himself committed to another hour-long detective show like Angel," Whedon would prefer to do a stand-alone two-hour movie which could potentially launch a series if the interest is there."

I thought they were gonna call it "Ripper". Calling it "The Watcher" just sounds creepy.

I kind of prefer The Watcher. Ripper has other connotations in England, plus it just sounds a bit juvenile.

How about: "Watching the Ripper"?

Or even better: "Watch, Ripper, Watch!"
