According to this review and another one, tomorrow's release only has the Joss commentary and a trailer. The US release is reported as having an additional Joss and cast commentary, two featurettes and a music video.

The official 'Much Ado About Nothing' book is coming out in October. Published by Titan Books, the book "features an Introduction by Joss, his full screenplay, and a gallery of photos from the set". There's also an interview with Joss as well.
Much Ado is one of the ten best movies so far this year. Pajiba says Much Ado About Nothing is one of the ten best movies of the first half of the year.

Much Ado soars at the specialty box office. According to The Hollywood Reporter - "Joss Whedon's Much Ado About Nothing soared at the specialty box office, grossing $71,000 from five theaters for a location average of $14,200, the best of any film. The film, marking a victory for Roadside Attractions, is anticipating a $230,000 opening weekend for a theater average of $46,000." Update: Joss has commented on the film's opening weekend.

Neil Patrick Harris is a guest tonight (June 3rd) promoting his hosting duties on next Sunday's Tony Awards and Nathan Fillion is guest tomorrow night to promote the limited release of Much Ado About Nothing on "Late Show with David Letterman" on CBS.
